- Contract Duration 6 months
- The Marketing Coordinator provides support to Marketing in the goal of driving revenue growth, increasing retention, and product adoption through effective marketing programs for our prospective and current customers and partners.
- The role involves working alongside and in support of the Marketing team.
- In-person: Work alongside the Marketing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience both onsite at the headquarters and various events as well.
- Maintain inventory for briefing center and partner marketing swag.
- Partner with various vendors to ensure support for our tradeshows, briefing center and event space.
- Running weekly reports to provide stats on meetings and forecasting.
- Understanding of hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Understanding of Technologies’ strategic and competitive position.
- The ability to present solutions to challenges.
- Follow-through skills & strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- High energy, self-motivated, sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
- Team player - position is cross-functional and requires significant teamwork.
- Organization skills, managing many tasks from various Managers with competing deadlines and priorities
- Strong project, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Outlook
- Passionate for Customer Service and Hospitality
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At the manager’s discretion, relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- 2-3 years of relevant customer service or other professional business experience required.
- General office environment. Moderate levels of stress may occur at times.
- It may require long periods of sitting and viewing a computer monitor.
- No special physical demands are required.
- flexibility to include working a weekend day regularly and holidays as required by the business for 24/7 operations.
