Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Program System Engineering Cross Product Team execution focusing on technical aspects including design and specification reviews, while also managing budget, integrated master schedule, and reporting earned value
Multi-disciplinary development effort for obsolescence management of Patriot Missile
Trade studies to bring new, advanced features to a fielded missile
Requirements development, including decomposition and flow-down
Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience.
Active and transferrable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in Patriot or missile engineering design and development
Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues
Earned-Value Management certification and familiarity with Estimate at Complete Process, Integrated Master Schedule management
Experience in architecture and requirements development
Experience with DOORS, MATLAB

Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
