Salary: $100,000 to $120,000/ per year
Hiring Manager’s notes:
3-5 years as a PM, scheduling, cost reviews, estimating, heavy highway, water, and underground utilities experience.
Communication/ Flexible with change, dealing with high-stress fast pace.
Technically Savvy.
Nice to have skills: Experienced with budgets of $50MM , have bid-to-win software experience, P6, ProCore, ProCite, 3D CAD, BIM, Topeka, KS (Bridges).
Role Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies, to ensure project success. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing project documentation, conducting inspections, and monitoring logistics management.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Knowledge of construction processes and industry regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
