Job title: Regional Area Property Manager / Regional Area Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: Full-time

Salary: We have a salary between $115,000 to $135,000. per year.

Hiring Manager note:

We are looking for someone with 4 years of experience as a regional manager and has a mixed portfolio background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Portfolio Oversight: Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential apartment buildings.
• Experience with Multi-family and LIHTC: Leverage your expertise in multi-family property management and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to make a meaningful impact.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Travel: Be prepared for some overnight travel as part of this role, as you support our properties across different regions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in multi-family property management and familiarity with LIHTC regulations is essential.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to drive property performance.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize property operations.
• Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, tenants, and stakeholders.
