Primary Function | What you'll do

• Act as the functional ERP owner, overseeing all finance processes within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Manage various stages of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, fitment analysis, functional design, integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to liaise between business users and technical teams, evaluate new requests, and oversee processes related to finance teams.
• Develop detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, including functional and technical specifications, and execute implementation according to the plan.
• Lead regression testing for new code releases, ensuring the integrity of finance-related functionalities
• Lead the review of business cases for new features introduced in Microsoft releases and internal requests.

Role-Specific Responsibilities | What they want

• Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of Dynamics including system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades
• Contribute to the technology roadmap for the organization concerning the Dynamics ecosystem
• Assists in the appropriate completion of all project management, change, and quality control documentation using department standards
• As a Dynamics 365 FINANCE FUNCTIONAL owner, you will be part of the team that helps discover and define the problem statements, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Propose modifications and enhancements to improve functionality
• Identify, evaluate, document, and help to mitigate risks

Qualifications | What you'll need

• At least five years of hands-on experience in D365 Finance and Operations / SCM implementation and support.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience with regression testing and familiarity with testing methodologies.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering value-added solutions.
• Knowledge of OANDA and SKGlobal is a plus.
