We are hiring a Project Manager to support a Microsoft AX to D365 transformation project. You will work with the end client directly and collaborate with Deloitte as the implementation partner.

This is initially a six-month contract with extensions available. Two days of onsite work per week are required in Janesville, WI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget
• Collaborate closely with Deloitte and cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and Deloitte consultants
• Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met
• Organizational change management mindset to work with an organization who has never gone through a large digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
• Proven experience managing ERP transformation projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Janesville, WI, two days per week
