Position Overview:

Due to continued market growth, we are looking to add an ERP/IT Recruiter to our delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to grow and develop in a dynamic environment.

What are the typical responsibilities of a GlobalSource IT Recruiter?

  • Understand client requirements and help develop sourcing strategies based on the key skills needed for the position.
  • Assist in creating recruiting plans to meet client staffing needs.
  • Proactively contact and screen candidates based on specific qualification criteria.
  • Present candidates to the internal sales team, emphasizing important and relevant details from their backgrounds.
  • Support the candidate onboarding process.

What does it take to become a GlobalSource IT Recruiter?

  • At least two years of experience in areas such as inside sales, recruiting, lead generation, or marketing.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed.
