We’re looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and help connect America. Dispatchers provide comprehensive administrative duties in support of the company's Dispatch function. A successful Dispatcher shall communicate with field workers, customers, and homeowners, providing information necessary to complete the field work. This includes but is not limited to providing support with troubleshooting, providing “as-builds”, directions to a location, and plant fiber information. The Dispatcher will receive close-out information from the field and input the work information into various databases to fully close out each location. Efficiency and accuracy in transferring this information into databases are paramount for a Dispatcher's success. What you’ll do… Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project Maintain and update various databases Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Who we are looking for… 2 years of related work experience Proficient in the use of office hardware and software.
