- Create technical proposals and quotes.
- Create and manage to project timelines.
- Conduct feasibility and capacity studies to determine project viability and schedule.
- Provide technical support to customers and act as a technical liaison.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide technical presentations to all levels in an organization.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Proficient at reading drawings with an understanding of GD&T.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Solid understanding of, and experience with, root cause analysis.
- BS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to move about a large manufacturing facility.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to wear PPE as necessary (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, etc.).

Required Experience:SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
