Position Summary:

• You will be put on a fast-paced 6-10 week training program allowing you to learn the ins and outs of this industry. You will learn about the history, vision, and mission of the Moore-Sodan Organizations in our goal to protect the hard-working middle class. After becoming an expert in the day-to-day aspects of what we do, you will then have the knowledge, skills, and guidance to sign a contract and enter your first promotion, earning you your first 20% raise!

What will be expected of me?

• Obtain the experience, knowledge, and know-how to run the business's day-to-day operations.
• Work hands-on with customers while tailor-fitting their permanent benefits to their family's needs.
• Maintain a positive and impactful relationship with the long-lasting groups and associations we work with such as the Police Association, Nurses Association, Firefighters, Postal Workers, Iron Workers, Labor Unions, and many more.
• Enhance and develop your skills in communication, leadership, organization, time management, networking, team building, and much more.
• Learn the logistics of a corporation and how to maximize earnings and profit margin.
• Demonstrated capacity for maintaining a proactive and optimistic demeanor, coupled with a keen enthusiasm for continual personal and professional development.
