Requirements:

• Obtained Insurance License for Life & Health in Resident State (We can assist in licensing, if not)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms
