The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:
Manage hotel reservations and scheduling through our booking systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate with hotels to secure room availability, negotiate rates, and fulfill special requests or accommodations
Monitor hotel occupancy levels and make adjustments to reservations as needed to optimize client satisfaction
Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, provide itinerary details, and address any concerns or inquiries
Collaborate with other team members to resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize bookings, and streamline processes
Stay informed about hotel policies, amenities, and local attractions to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations
Handle cancellations, changes, and updates to reservations in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and client interactions in our database systems
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel reservations, scheduling, or related roles preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
