Our client is an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor that builds global, multi-asset class portfolios for individuals, families and nonprofit institutions. They are seeking an Operations Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with managing daily trade operations across multiple custodial relationships ie. Trade breaks, fails, settlement related issues
• Relevant custodial reconciliation experience across multiple asset classes
• Act as the primary point of contact for custodians/brokers
• Assist with cash management of client accounts
• Ability to interact with multiple departments within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years of hedge fund or asset management experience
• Must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bloomberg spreadsheet knowledge
• Excellent verbal, written and organization skills
• Desire to work in a collaborative team-based culture
