Competitive compensation:

* $12.00 to 14.00 per hr. base(hourly wage determined on experience)

Job Description:

* Receive inbound calls from customers with service needs. Schedule service appointments for customers.

* Handle all guest inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor, providing general or related vehicle service information with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.

* Maintain and communicate exceptional service knowledge to our guests.

* Gather and track all guest data as directed and accurately enter this information into the DMS database.

* Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership to help address guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufacturer's objectives.

* Will work in a team-based environment.

* Facilitate timely follow-up on all scheduled appointments as directed by management and procedures.

* Partner with the Service Manager on activities in the dealership. Communicate with the dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of our guests.

* Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

* Must have a valid driver's license.

* High school education or equivalent

* Previous dealership experience preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communications skills

* Interest and ability to make a high-volume of outbound calls.

* Tech-savvy and experience with CRM or the ability to quickly learn new software.

* Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high workload.
