Join a dynamic and innovative team focused on global e-commerce for a global leading entertainment provider. This role is integral to the success of cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of strategic programs and enhancing organizational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a variety of intricate, cross-functional projects, collaborating with product, engineering, and e-commerce teams to bring new products and features to market.
• Oversee general project management activities such as creating project schedules, defining milestones, tracking and reporting progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving blockers.
• Act as an Agile/Scrum coach or Scrum Master, guiding teams to ensure smooth product and app releases.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps and feature lists in collaboration with Tech and Product leaders.
• Own the collaboration processes and tools, providing training and continuously optimizing the user experience.
• Define and refine program management processes in a data-driven manner.
• Foster and uphold the team's culture and principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with over 5 years of experience in project delivery or process optimization; a technical background is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of project frameworks and a data-driven mindset; familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Supply Chain & logistics engineer project process optimization is a plus!
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures is desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
