Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, a keen eye for talent, and exceptional communication skills. As a Recruiter at GLOMO, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms to identify potential candidates for various positions.
• Contact candidates via phone calls, text messages, emails, and LinkedIn Messenger to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest and qualifications.
• Schedule and conduct screening calls to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Assess candidates against job qualifications, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Write comprehensive and persuasive presentations highlighting candidate qualifications, skills, and relevant experience for client review.
• Coordinate and schedule job interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless interview process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity in our applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and transparency.
• Collaborate closely with C-level hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine candidate profiles.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to continually improve recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience as an external/agency Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in various positions is a plus
• Experience within relocation related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn from posting, searching and networking is necessary for success.
• Communication style should be personable, persuasive and concise.
• Experience with video conferencing software and presenting to clients
• Successful candidates will be coachable and comfortable giving and receiving feedback

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in office from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
• Must be willing to make 20 phone calls per day
• Must be comfortable texting candidates and clients
• Experience with CRMs and/or ATS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

Compensation:

· $40,000 - $60,000 salary based on experience

· $10,000 - $60,000 commission based on billable fees

· First year total earnings of $60,000 - $100,000
