We are seeking an individual with Insurance sales and annuity income experience. This position is commission-based and includes the following.

What to expect:

• We'll provide advertising for 4 workshops per month targeting retirement income planning.
• 50% commission split increasing to 90% as your production increases.
• There are NO upfront costs, NO ongoing costs, just "done for you" marketing.
• Leads and meeting space provided, no overhead cost for you.
• Realistic commission of $10,000 per month.

Experience:

• Active life insurance license required.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, technical accounting, wills trusts estate law, financial concepts, research, sales, customer relationship management, investment management, public accounting, and wealth management.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is a plus.
• Must be comfortable presenting in front of a group of people.
