Now hiring part-time fun ambassadors for our newest location in Waikiki

• Looking for friendly, flexible customer service attendants to join our team
• Must be dependable & willing to train at our Windward location before grand opening
• Helpful, but not necessary: if you speak Japanese or experience in tourist industry

What you will be doing daily:

Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter.

Processing payments. Handling cash and credit transactions accurately.

Monitoring the floor to ensure everyone is playing safely and following the rules.

Creating memorable experiences by providing a happy and fun atmosphere for all.

Maintaining a clean space at all times.

Taking an initiative to keep things organized and stocked.

Communicating with supervisors & co-workers any information pertinent to the day as needed.

Requirements:

Customer service experience required

Ability to learn all shift tasks (opening, mid-day and closing procedures).

Willingness to be a team player and communicate effectively.

Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends and holidays.

Must be at least 18 years old.
