Description

We are seeking a full-time Non-CDL Driver with 1-2 years experience looking to kickstart their career! 

Primary Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading: Load lubricants (bulk, case goods, drums, kegs) onto the delivery vehicle at the warehouse or storage facility and unload them at customer location, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures.
• Transportation: Transport deliveries in a safe and secure manner compliant with company, DOT and FMCSA requirements. 
• Documentation: Ensures accurate record-keeping for all deliveries by completing all necessary paperwork including delivery logs, inspection reports, and customer signatures. Records any issues encountered during transportation/delivery. 
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conducts pre/post-trip inspections to ensure that the delivery vehicle is in good working condition. Reports any mechanical issues noted in accordance with company policy. 
• Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service during deliveries to ensure courteous interactions with customers. Addresses any concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Emergency Response: Responds to emergency situations such as accidents or spills, by following established company protocol to minimize risk and damage. 
• Communication: Maintains professional and effective communication with dispatch, customers, and other team members to provide updates on delivery status, address issues, and coordinate schedules. 
• Additional Duties: Performs supplementary and/or other related duties in the warehouse and driving as required, assigned, or requested.

Requirements

•  Must have a valid driver's license with clean MVR. 
•  Must be able to pass DOT drug screen 
•  Must be able to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA medical requirements 
•  Prior/related experience preferred 
•  Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
