are Retail Customer Service Representative - Day Shift
Position Description: Either Full-time or part-time weekday shift at the Hunt Valley Store location: 11223 York Rd., Cockeysville, MD 21030. Responsible for providing friendly, effective customer service, and maintaining an inviting and clean workplace. Great for someone who likes people and can work independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Providing warm, friendly service to customers in-store
- Process incoming and outgoing orders with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of all opening/closing and retail procedures
- Operating industry-specific software for daily retail functions and reporting
- Managing cash at retail locations
- Assisting with marketing initiatives
- Receiving and responding to client correspondence by email, text, and/or phone
- Monthly inventory reporting
- Maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Maintaining supplies at retail locations
- Assisting with non-profit partner donations
Qualifications including, but are not limited to, the following:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Computer experience
- Professional appearance
- Interest in learning
- Completion of high school or high school equivalent
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.)
Salary: Dependent upon prior experience
