GMF Steel Group is searching for a Guest Relations Assistant to be part of our team! This person will report directly to the Marketing & Public Relations Manager and will promote GMF’s Brand through strategic first impressions while protecting the safety of GMF by connecting guests.

Our ideal candidate should exhibit high energy, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to strive for GMF’s high standard of excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Receive visitors, ensuring they have properly checked in
• Organize, clean, and replenish all general space to create a welcoming space
• Answer and screen phone calls and forward them to the appropriate parties
• Be knowledgeable about GMF-specific items to answer questions regarding projects, shipping / receiving, hours, appointments, and relevant events
• Champion all drink and snack replenishment
• Organize marketing areas and monitor internal stock
• Assist with general office tasks including but not limited to : sending mail, printing, cutting out flyers or cards, shredding, laminating, etc.
• Assist the Marketing team with duties, as necessary

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in suite of Microsoft Office programs and applications
• Bilingual, a plus

Schedule :

• Monday Friday
• 8 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM

Salary :

• $16 19 / Hour
• Dependent upon Experience
