POSITION PURPOSE
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) works within the Sales and Marketing departments to qualify and present opportunities (leads) to be transitioned to the sales engine of GlobalSign. This position supplements corporate lead generation activities with calls and emails into targeted accounts to identify and qualify prospects. The Sales Development Representative position is a critical and highly visible position that requires a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, outbound prospecting, discovery and individual research via the web and social media along with inbound leads from website chat engine.
