Job Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the primary duty of the Brand Ambassador is to compliantly engage with qualified consumers in nightlife environments. In this role, the Brand Ambassador will cultivate an environment to establish brand awareness, provide relevant message points, and align the applicable benefit proposition for product use relating to the consumer(s) they interact with. The Brand Ambassador will support all operational aspects of the scheduled activity. This may include promotional sales offers, product use, and product line education.
Depending on varying activity, and the evolution of the program’s operations, Brand Ambassadors work a flexible schedule that will primarily take place nights and weekends. They are highly adept with relating to consumers and establishing credible relationships. To ensure they obtain a high-level of product knowledge, they regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position. They are performance driven and are revered as an expert of the brand’s product offerings.

Language Ability:
Written and conversational knowledge of the English language and grammar
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
