Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled office assistant to join a productive team in Morganville! In this role, the the ideal candidate will work alongside the Financial Manager of the organization to complete regular tasks, with plenty of room for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Training with the Financial Manager and assisting with filing, data entry, and organization
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic planning
- Handling individual and team-based responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable and corporate finance activities
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls for financial operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in financial management or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance management
- Proficient with Excel and knowledgeable with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
