Your Role:
• Assess and Innovate: Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans.
• Lead and Inspire: Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
• Collaborate and Succeed: Work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure the success of intervention plans.
• Track and Optimize: Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments for optimal outcomes.
• Document and Excel: Maintain precise documentation to uphold our high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Proven experience in behavioral assessment and intervention plan development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work flexibly, remotely, or in-person as required.

Benefits:
• Part-time and full-time opportunities based on your location and willingness to travel within the region.
-Competitive salary based on experience. Between $82.000-$105.000
• Bonus opportunity of an additional $3,000 to $15,000 per year (earned quarterly).
• Paid drive time between clients (hourly only).
• Flexible schedule (afternoon availability required).
• Considered full-time at a 20-hour/week client caseload (BCBAs).
