Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
• Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Coaching and training crew members
• Maintaining proper staffing levels
• P&L Implementation - Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs
• Working closely with Operations to ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed

• Education and Experience: 

• College degree and 3 - 4 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
