## Job Overview We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a background in retail or technology sales. Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus. ## Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer - Utilize knowledge of retail math to assist customers with purchases - Promote and sell products including technology, wireless devices, and other retail items - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with inventory management and restocking products ## Skills - Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous - Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems - Knowledge of retail math principles - Previous experience in grocery store, technology, wireless, or retail sales is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $43,609.00 - $48,518.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
