Certification Details
- General Certification Requirements: BLS
- Other Certs Required for all OT: N/A
- Inpatient Rehab Therapy position available at Jerome Hospital.
- Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience.
- Okay with first time travelers.
- 5- 8 hour shifts, 0830-1700.
- No self-scheduling.
- Weekend Requirements: n/a
- Holiday Requirements: May need to cover holidays.
- - Unit: Occupational Health Jerome
- - # of patients treated per day: 8 to 10. 1 therapist per day.
- - Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho-total joints, neuro- strokes, occasional brain injuries, don't see TBI; medical, and General ICU.
- - Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.
- - What areas are they required to cover: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.
- - Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: See job requirements section.
- - EMR: EPIC
- - Is there an OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Manager
- - Do you staff Rehab Aides: COTAs: no
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs permitted, must not match color of other departments.
- List of colors available upon hire.
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: Usually 2-3 days in the department.
- Travelers should plan on working M-F 5 8's to accommodate the onboarding schedule.
- This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles.
