ASSOCIATE BUSINESS MANAGER
MCPHERSON FAMILY YMCA & RECREATION COMMISSION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a reliable associate accounting clerk to assist in day-to-day accounting and operations of the YMCA and MRC. This position is responsible for providing support to the Business Manager to ensure all business procedures are followed. Applicants must have an understanding of budgeting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, and the general ledger structure with the ability to reconcile financial discrepancies. A proven record of working experience in the accounting field is required. Advanced computer skills, QuickBooks experience, ability to manage large amounts of data and high attention to detail and accuracy are required.
QUALIFICATIONS: This is a full-time time position, where accounting knowledge with related governmental work experience is preferred.
SALARY: $35,000-$42,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Employment is contingent upon passing background check and drug screening.
