Go Ride LLC, is a leading provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) . We are dedicated to providing safe, reliable and compassionate transportation solutions to individuals with medical and mobility challenges. Our team committed to ensuring our clients reach their medical appointments and other destinations with ease and comfort. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our NEMT company. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive reliable and compassionate service, facilitating transportation solutions for their medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from clients, medical facilities, and insurance providers regarding transportation requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate transportation services for clients, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs to medical appointments.
- Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, and canceling transportation services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, trip details, and using our booking and dispatch software.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a transportation or healthcare-related field.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in handling medical transportation logistics is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
