What You’ll Do as a Store Manager

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the business and provides a collaborative team environment.
  • Manages cash and balancing receipts, pursues collections, posts payments, and processes daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
  • Sells/upsells high quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape, and other moving supplies.
  • Ability to maximize sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web, or in person on location.
  • Recommends and implements marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas.
  • Identifies customers’ needs and provides solutions that will contribute to their storage experience.
  • Responsible for general maintenance of property grounds.
  • This role will float between (3) Rock Hill, SC properties
