We are looking for a dedicated, friendly administrative assistant to join our bustling accounting firm in Myrtle Beach! If you are interested in full-time, year-round hours, including medical and retirement benefits, as well as paid time off, this position may be right for you. We are seeking a high energy individual, who enjoys working with people, and has experience in customer service, complex document organization and management and general office support.
A short list of job duties include:
-Greeting clients and assisting with their requests
-Answering phones, routing calls and setting up appointments
-Assembling final tax documents and reviewing them with clients upon pick-up
-Filing, mailing, scanning and uploading documents to digital storage
-Assisting the partners and staff with other office related requests, as needed
Pre-Requisite Requirements are:
-Excellent communication skills for a professional environment
-Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion with business information
-Ability to operate standard Microsoft Office programs, and ability and desire to learn how to operate industry specific programs, to the degree it pertains to the position.
