Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Services Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in Financial Services to drive client success and deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with clients, ensuring consistent track record in relationship management.
  • Align with client vision and strategy, delivering market-leading solutions and services to diversify portfolios and drive long-term growth.
  • Exhibit thought leadership by generating proactive solutions and pitches to address customer pain points, driving marketing campaigns for sales pipelines.
  • Hold a quota and be accountable for developing and accessing account strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Create opportunities for landing and expanding in current and new accounts, monitoring client satisfaction, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead creation and negotiation of new business proposals for key partners within client teams.
  • Shape, scope, and deliver IT programs and projects for multiple clients, ensuring accountability for growth, diversification, and delivery commitments.
  • Engage in deal shaping and closure, overseeing alignment with account objectives and leading deal reviews.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environment, working well under pressure.
  • Develop relationships with customer sourcing teams during RFP/RFI process cycle.
Essential Skills And Background
  • Minimum 10-15 years professional experience, with 5 years managing large opportunities upwards of $5 mil -$10 mil.
  • 10 years business development and account/engagement management experience, within Financial Services sector.
  • Demonstrated Global Delivery Model experience, with comprehensive knowledge of IT processes and methodologies.
  • Technical background in IT services, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong background in Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services (BFSI).
  • Assist in RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring high-quality submissions.
  • Ability to reposition PruTech as partner to exceed client expectations.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, capable of leading diverse teams towards common goals.
  • Results-driven leader who operates with urgency.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Willingness to work at client site as needed to grow relationships and book of business.
