What your future day will look like:

• Handle payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, sales tax returns, worker’s comp audits, and full financial reporting including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance for monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements.
• Manage and supervise the accounting operations conducted by our offshore team.
• Oversee client interactions and ensure exceptional service delivery across all accounting functions.
• Manage financial tools and software including Mango Billing practice management software, bill.com, Gusto, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Ramp credit card.
• Coordinate and prepare for audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Type: Direct

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience in accounting management
• Strong familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks online and Gusto
• CPA, MBA or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to pass background and credit checks
