Job Description
We are seeking an Attorney with 2 to 7 years of experience to become a part of our fast-growing litigation team in our Boca Raton office (possibility of working in our Coral Gables office depending on where you live)! We are looking for energetic, self-starters who have a great attitude and want a rewarding, long-term career. Responsibilities:- Represent clients throughout the entire litigation process
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Prepare for and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment
- Attend meditations and settlement conferences
- Attend and take depositions
- Assist at jury and bench trials
- Member of the Florida Bar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a courtroom and at depositions
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- First-Party Property experience is a plus
- A great attitude and a team player
