Here are the daily duties of Call Center Representative: Understand and communicate services offered Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers Communicate with our customers, addressing their needs and concerns Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience Schedule service appointments with customers at our Call Center Set up accounts/contracts with new customers Provide resolution to customer concerns Route customer calls at out Call Center accordingly based on customer needs Establish rapport with new and existing customers What we offer: Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k A fun and exciting atmosphere Requirements **Physical Demands**: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
