Results Statement:
The results of successfully performing this role include installing HVAC equipment. The work will be planned, organized and quality controlled to the customer's ultimate satisfaction.
Tactical Work:

• Submit 100% of all related pictures per job to Measure Quick
• Ensure the customer's home is adequately protected with the appropriate covering for all work performed
• Remove and replace all equipment and materials in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner
• Complete 100% of all required signatures, related documentation, and collect all outstanding balances from the customer
• Verify customer's understanding of how the system is to appropriately operate
• Report all metrics following the installation to include static pressure, refrigerant charge and amperage draws

Vital Factors :
Meet or exceed the following daily budgeted KPIs for your department:

• Maintain callback rate less than 3%
• 100% Measure Quick
• 100% invoice signatures
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher

• Finish all work within the allocated time for the job
• Represent yourself consistent with Goettl standards for punctuality, experience, and appearance
• Remove and replace equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide an amazing experience for your customer on every job
• Perform all installations to the Goettl standard of picture-perfect installations
• Follow the appropriate checklist for all jobs
• Perform all work so that it complies to all municipal code requirements
• Actively participate in ongoing technical training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools

• Meticulous attention to detail

Physical Demands :
HVAC Installers can often spend their time bending, crouched, or lean on their knees as they install and work on different types of equipment. Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. Requires local travel as necessary. Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA II or Universal
• TDLR (preferred
• Over 18
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone) and comprehensive background check
• US work authorization
