Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Paul, Idaho

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our welding projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding processes, project management, and leadership, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and oversee welding projects from start to finish, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are communicated effectively to all team members.

- Manage project scope, changes, risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed to keep projects on track.

- Supervise and motivate project teams, including welders, fabricators, and subcontractors, to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

- Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to management and clients.

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Prepare project documentation, reports, and invoices, and maintain accurate records of project activities and expenses.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in project management within the welding or construction industry, with a strong understanding of welding processes and techniques.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera or Monday, and MS Office applications.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CWI) are a plus.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
