RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Assisting customers with booking air cargo and private charter flights, including gathering all necessary information and processing payments
• Coordinating with other departments such as operations, maintenance, and accounting to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and flight details
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist with client requests such as arranging hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation to ensure a flawless flight experience.
• Assist with sales and provide prompt and accurate price quoting to customers, handle high call/email volume, and produce quotes quickly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of similar customer service experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products 
• 30 WPM Typing Speed
