GoFlyy is a technology company that connects businesses with customers in their area across the US. By facilitating delivery and pickup orders, GoFlyy helps businesses reach new customers, increase brand awareness online, and ultimately grow. We are currently working with trendsetting social influencers looking to grow new brands with the help of social media.

Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing top-tier social media strategies tailored to new campaigns. It involves content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis across platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube, aiming to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and organic growth. The individual will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media strategy, hands-on experience in creating engaging content, and managing brand launches. This creative thinker must have excellent communication and collaboration skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our ideal candidate enjoys creating content on camera along with being skilled at creating product-focused content, is organized, has clear communication skills, and beyond in every piece of content. Most importantly, they must have FUN!

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for leading social media content creation strategy, and reactively and proactively producing on-brand content.
• Create authentic and relatable content during deliveries. Must be comfortable with showing face in videos.
• Shoot short social media videos that are relevant and aligned with our messaging guidelines while leveraging in-app features when applicable.
• Create engaging content in advance for the team’s review and know when to adjust the posting date to keep up with the fast-paced nature of trends.
• Craft strategic copy and utilize hashtags when necessary for the client to review.
• Possibly host lives to support key moments or product launches.
• Source on-brand trending sounds for content that is licensed for commercial use.
• End-to-end management of the platform, incl. creating, editing, publishing, copywriting and community management.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of industry experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in photography
• Comfortable on-camera with experience in editing within social media applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in all social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, etc.
• Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
