• Purchase precious metals (Training provided)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maximize the overall profitability of the company.
• Responsible for ensuring that each location is in compliance with government mandated transaction reporting to local authorities as required.
• Provide feedback to management on owner customer feedback
• Employee relations – Encourage positive image of company with all employees.
• Promote and maximize opportunities utilizing company website and social media.
• Ensure that all financial records match perfectly. Any discrepancy must be resolved quickly.
• Any other duties as required by company owners.
• Experience
• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or working directly with the public.
• Minimum 18 years old required
• Excellent, proven, verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency with basic office computer equipment and software.

- Compensation

$12.00per hr.

• Background check will be required
