Join our Diamond Bar location and be part of an amazing team! We are seeking a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to support our practice. In this role, you will work closely with our incredible staff, doctors, and patients to ensure seamless coordination of dental treatments. Your responsibilities will include patient scheduling, treatment plan coordination, insurance verification, and providing exceptional customer service.
**3 years experience as a Treatment Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate treatment plans.
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to optimize patient care and satisfaction.
- Assist in managing office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Open Dental) is a plus.
