The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, and maintaining employee records. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to employees. The HR Administrative Assistant also supports safety and security efforts within the office and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the HR team.
