About The Role
We are seeking a warehouse Order Puller who is responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders by pulling and packing inventory. This role reports directly to the Distribution Center Manager and is part of the Operations Department based in Greensboro, North Carolina. All personnel employed at our North Carolina office are expected to commute to their designated location and carry out their work responsibilities onsite.

You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to follow the protocols of the warehouse. Your experience in freight management, order fulfillment, and the ability to collaborate with teams is crucial to success. With your customer-focused approach, you'll provide accurate inventory and tracking updates demonstrating your commitment to efficient and reliable delivery experiences. You will communicate with your supervisor and team members in a respectable, timely, and effective manner. You will always put safety and compliance first. 
What You Will Do
As an Order Puller in our Distribution Center, you will be responsible for filling (pulling/packing) orders with a scan gun from pick tickets, stocking, and organizing of warehouse including store materials, equipment, and other items in the warehouse to fill customer’s order. You will ensure all equipment is functioning properly and that all safety procedures are followed. Additionally, you will verify that sufficient inventory is available to fill orders, and you will maintain daily activity and productivity reports by following internal procedures.
Position Responsibilities

• Securely stack, wrap, properly label, and load shipments for a variety of different carriers and shipment methods.
• Pulling warehouse orders from pick tickets with a scan gun.
• Stocking and organizing warehouse areas.
• Ensuring that outgoing materials are accurately prepared for shipment.
• Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers, by hand or using trucks, and other equipment.
• Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals and objectives as needed.
• Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
• Working in a team environment to efficiently package required orders.
• Cooperate in all areas when needed for the total success of the company.
• Adhere to all the safety measures and abide by the rules and regulations at the workplace.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 
Compensation Pay Bands
Order Puller I: $16.35 / hr - $19.47 / hr
