Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Manager at Gold's Gym SoCal Group in Santa Barbara, CA. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing receptionist duties, handling communication with members, and managing reservations.

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in managing receptionist duties
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle reservations and manage schedules
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
