Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kids Klub Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that ensures the smooth operation of our Kids Klub, which includes a drop-off nursery, youth swim lessons, and kids fit classes. The ideal candidate will love working with children, have a flexible schedule, and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Klub, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children.
• Manage and schedule staff for the drop-off nursery, youth swim lessons, and kids fit classes.
• Cover shifts for employees who are sick or unable to work.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs that promote physical fitness and wellness.
• Handle parent inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care and instruction.
• Coordinate with other gym departments to ensure seamless service and operations.
• Manage administrative tasks such as attendance records, incident reports, and supply inventory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in child care management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Passion for working with children and promoting physical fitness.
