We are recruiting ambitious, self-motivated, and talented Outside Sales Representatives in the Jackson, MS area to support our growing line of CBD, kratom, e-cigarettes, and more! No prior industry experience necessary, we will train the right person in everything you need to know. Responsibilities:
●Meet or exceed sales goals
●Visit smoke shops, vape shops, and convenience stores in various markets
●Contact partner stores for brand promotion of new products
●Conduct brand/product promotion at distributors.
●Set up materials at a booth and talk to customers about the products and brand
●Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, manage client relationships, increase revenue and profitability
●Communicate with clients to understand their needs, improve customer experience, and find more revenue-generating opportunities
●Work with other departments collectively to improve the sales process
Requirements:
●Experience in outside or door to door sales is preferred.
●1 years of sales experience is preferred
●Associate’s degree or higher preferred
●Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
●Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
●Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
