Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable in-home care aides to join our team to service clients in Wayne, Lenoir, Greene, Duplin, Sampson, Wilson, Pitt, and Johnston counties. As a CNA with Gold Standard Nursing, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders

Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Document client care activities and report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in home care or a similar setting preferred
• Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid PPD skin test or willingness to obtain one before employment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
