The Breakfast Lead Person assists the Kitchen Management Team to ensure the restaurant opens on time at 7 am and with the food bars full of hot, fresh, and tasty breakfast items.

Training and Supervisory Responsibilities : · Trains breakfast Co-workers.· Opens the restaurant and is responsible for all pre-setups for all breakfast products.
