What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Golden Eagle Equipment?
We are looking for a Full time or Part-time Administrative Assistant to add experience and value to our growing dealership.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Greet and direct customer upon arrival
- Provide administrative support to Sales & Service Team
- Creating and closing Repair & Sales invoices
- Cash/credit card handling
- Filing, reporting and logging for Service Department
- Create and maintain driving log and dispatch driver
- Answer 6-line telephone and directing to proper associate
- Light cleaning (sweeping, moping, keeping desk clean)
Minimum Requirements:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years in an administrative roll preferred
- Extremely Organized with time management skills
- Microsoft Proficient
- Tractor and Construction Knowledge is a BONUS, but we are willing to train the right person for this position.

Pay is to be determined and based on experience.

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
